Stoeger is a manufacturer of firearms. The company was founded in 1924 and is a member of the Benelli family of companies, located in Accokeek, Maryland. Stoeger offers a wide array of shotguns and gauges. The company also produces handguns as well to include the STR-9. The STR-9 is a striker fired, polymer framed pistol designed for concealed carry or home protection. The STR-9 features a low bore axis, reversible magazine release, interchangeable backstraps.
