The LWRC IC DI 5.56NATO/223Rem FDR (Flat Dark Red) rifle is a full featured, high performance direct impingement AR from one of the premier manufacturers of ARs for police and militaries around the world. The IC DI sports an accurate and durable LWRC cold hammer forged 16" threaded barrel residing in an LWRC modular, on piece freefloat rail. Internally, a proprietary "keyless" DI Bolt carrier group provides professional grade reliability and durability under the harshest conditions. The fully ambidextrous lower receiver of this extraordinary rifle features an ambi magazine release, bolt release, and safety selector. This rifle can be upgraded from Direct Impingement  to a cleaner running piston driven system by switching out the upper receiver. An LWRC ambidextrous charging handle ensures that this rifle is lefty friendly. LWRC rail panels, hand stop, adjustable stock, and Magpul MOE grip provide outstanding functional ergonomics. Every LWRC firearm is built to exceed the expectations of professionals with advanced materials, engineering, and quality control.  LWRCI uses a patented nickel-alloy coating on all of their bolt carriers, barrel extensions, hammers and triggers to provide superior protection from the elements.
