Purchasing a firearm online is actually very easy! Just follow these simple steps:
PLEASE NOTE: All online firearm purchases, by law, must be sent to a valid Federal Firearms License holder for transfer to you. Prior to placing a firearm order you will want to decide what FFL to have the firearm sent to. It is your responsibility as the customer to contact the dealer prior to purchasing to ensure they will accept your transfer and to go over any additional requirements they may have.
Step 1: Before purchasing, log into your account. If you don’t have an account yet, CLICK HERE to register. It’s absolutely free to register, and takes only a few minutes. For the shipping address, please make sure to use your address and not your FFL dealer. We will get their shipping address from their FFL (Federal Firearms License). You can also checkout as a guest and choose to set up an account after your order is complete.
Step 2: Once you’re logged in, you can return to the home page where you can see featured products, you can browse using our category navigation, or find a specific product by using our search bar.
Step 3: Once you’ve selected the firearm you want, add it to your cart and click the green cart button on the top right of your screen. This will direct you to your shopping cart allowing you to verify the products you are about to purchase, get shipping estimates, check gift card balances, etc.
Step 4: After you’ve confirmed your order, click "Proceed to Checkout."
Step 5: You will be directed to the shipping portion of checkout. If you are logged in you will be able to select your shipping address from the available addresses in your account. Keep in mind if you are purchasing a firearm, you will be selecting an FFL dealer further on down the page. If you are purchasing a firearm you will see an area saying "Where Should We Ship Your Firearms." Enter your zip code and click "Find FFL Dealer." You can choose from this list of available FFL dealers that we have on file or you have the option to "Skip FFL Selection" if you do not see the dealer you would like to use. Please note: if you skip this section your order will not be shipped until we receive a license from an FFL referencing your order number and name.
Step 6: After completing the above section you will need to choose an available shipping option for your order. Firearms will ship free, however, if you purchase additional items on the same order (i.e. ammunition, accessories) the available shipping methods shown will be for those additional items. Firearms will be sent separately for free to your chosen FFL.
Step 7: After choosing your shipping method click "Continue"
Step 8: You will be directed to the payment portion of checkout. Choose your method of payment from the available options. Please note if you choose to pay with Money Order/Cashier’s Check you will have 5 business days for us to receive your payment before your order will be voided. Items are not allocated from our inventory until payment is received. If the item goes out of stock before we receive payment we will return the money order/cashiers check to you.
Step 9: Input all the requested card and billing information. Under "Order Options" you will see optional shipping insurance, signature on delivery and LEO exemptions, select any that pertain to your order. You may also make a note on the order by clicking "Add a note to your order."
Step 10: Click the box to agree to our "Terms and Conditions" and hit "Place Order" once you have verified all your information is accurate.
Step 11: You will be directed to the order confirmation page where you will be provided an order number and printable receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If you have not created an account you will be able to do so at this time. By creating an account you have the ability to check order statuses, create wishlists, sign up for product notifications, etc.
SHIPPING FIREARMS TO FFL
Selecting an FFL for your order:
Typically, dealers will charge a transfer fee when you pick up your firearm, so make sure to ask what their fee is. Please note that we do not arrange transfers for you. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to the dealer prior to purchase to ensure they will accept the transfer and find out out if there are any requirements they may have.
TO HELP SPEED UP YOUR ORDER
Please make sure your dealer references both your name and your order number if they are sending a copy of their FFL for your order. In addition, please make sure to include your order number on any correspondence with us. You will receive your order number after you finish the checkout process.
Once we have the FFL for your purchase in hand we will process the order for shipment. Please note that processing times are separate from actual shipping times. Processing times prior to shipment of firearm orders are normally 1 to 3 business days providing we have the FFL information needed. If you chose an FFL from our list during checkout you do not need to have the FFL send us a copy of their license.
INSPECTING YOUR FIREARM
Once your firearm arrives at your dealer, and is ready to be picked up, please INSPECT THE FIREARM FULLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects or issues with the firearm. If there are any problems with the gun DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER. We will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with a replacement or full refund. Once you accept the transfer the gun is considered used and any problems or defects must be handed by the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. If you are returning the gun to us AFTER accepting the transfer from your dealer, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, no exceptions. Any cancellations after shipment that do not involve a damaged or defective firearm will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus shipping charges.
