The Heritage Barkeep is a compact, inexpensive, 6 round western style revolver with a 2” barrel chambered in 22LR with a patriotic flair . The single action Barkeep with fixed front and notched rear sights is great for back yard plinking, western reenactments, or just as a great conversation piece. Heritage has made a name for itself by continuing the legacy of the classic western single action revolver with large and small bore revolvers that are reliable, good looking, and fun to shoot without breaking the bank. The Barkeep features a simulated black oxide and case hardened steel finish. This classic revolver combines the same look and feel as their big bore cousins with the low cost of rimfire ammunition providing hours of fun at a very low cost with virtually no recoil. The Heritage Barkeep has a thumb safety located at the left rear of the frame that prevents the hammer from striking the cartridge until the shooter is ready to fire. The Barkeep is available with a variety of grip options. The 22LR cylinder of this pint sized wheel gun can be swapped for a 22 Magnum cylinder for added firepower.  Heritage includes a coupon for a discount price on the 22 Magnum cylinder with every gun. The hammer of this single action revolver has four positions - full down, a safety notch, a loading notch that lets the cylinder spin free, and a fully cocked position for firing.
