The Ruger 10/22 Carbine Black Synthetic is a continuation of a 50 year rimfire legend. This version with synthetic stock retains the same reliable blowback action as its predecessors. The 10/22 Carbine features a 18.5" cold hammer forged barrel that is locked into the receiver by a unique, two-screw, V-block system to deliver exceptional accuracy. A gold bead front and adjustable rear sight provide a clear conventional sight picture while a combination scope base adapter for both Weaver-style and .22 tip-off scope mounts are included for the use of magnified optics. The 10/22 carbine comes with a 10 round rotary magazine and accepts a wide variety of high capacity magazines. An easy-to-use, magazine release located in front of the trigger guard provides smooth and easy removal of the included flush-mounted magazine. The original 10/22 was designed with a nod towards the centerfire M1 carbine. This modern rimfire rifle with its black synthetic stock and satin black barrel is a worthy addition to the 10/22 legend.
