The Sig Sauer 1911 STX Full-Size is a beautiful, modern , 45ACP 1911 pistol from the Sig Sauer Custom Shop. The 1911 STX features a classic non-railed two toned design with a stainless steel slide and frame machined to exact tolerances and hand-fitted for smooth performance and extreme reliability. The Nitron treated flat top slide features polished cocking serrations and is equipped with SIGLITE night sights for fast and accurate target acquisition under any lighting conditions. Safety features include a beavertail grip safety, extended ambidextrous thumb safety and firing pin safety.Gorgeous Burled Maple grips with the Sig Sauer logotype provide a unique custom look while checkered front strap and mainspring housings provide a firm hold on the firearm. The beauty of the FTX is more than skin deep with premium internal parts including a match grade barrel, hammer/sear set and trigger to provide the ultimate 1911 shooting experience.
