The Sig Sauer M400 Tread Pistol chambered in 5.56NATO is an "entry level" AR pistol that does not skimp on features, quality, or value. The optic ready Tread Pistol features an 11.5" Carbon steel, nitride coated threaded barrel with an A2 flash hider free floated inside a 10.25" M-LOK handguard. This pistol is driven by a carbine length, low profile gas system which is pinned for reliability. The Tread Pistol sports an ambidextrous magazine release and safety selector switch for operation from either side.  A single stage polished trigger with a smooth, crisp 6.5lb pull sits inside an oversized trigger guard with a comfortable and tactile Sig Sauer pistol grip. Forged aluminum upper and lower receivers with a hard coat anodized finish and QD sockets are joined with a rubber tensioning device to eliminate play or rattle between the two parts. The Tread Pistol incorporates a Shockwave Blade 2.0 multi position pistol brace to provide support for one handed shooting.
