Now SIG SAUER introduces the latest evolution with the MCX-SPEAR, based on its predecessor the MCX Virtus the MCX-SPEAR is the civilian version of the U.S. Army’s new XM7 rifle. The MCX-SPEAR is available in 7.62x51. The Spear is based on the U.S. Army's Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW) Rifle and features an Ambidextrous Bolt Catch/Release. the rifle also includes both Rear and Side Charging Handles as well as a 6 Position Push-Button, Folding/Collapsing Stock, 2 Position Adjustable Gas Valve, and SLX/SLH QD Flash Hider.
