Millett

Millett manufactures quality rifle scopes. The company was founded in the 1970's by Ray and Betty Millett. Ray had worked in the aerospace industry working with injected molded plastic engine parts and thought he could use the same technique but apply it to metals. He went on to develop metal injected molded parts which would become the cornerstone of the firearms industry of today. Along with parts he was able to source from plumbing equipment he was able to develop a new process for manufacturing metal and ceramic parts wit the help of a physicist. By applying this new process he was able to create rifle scopes. fast forward and the company is making riflescopes and in 1999, the company decided to jump into the red dot sights. They partnered with a Chinese company under the Millett name to produce the red dot sights, but then were brought back to the states for quality control. The company offers a line of tactical scopes as well as traditional long range scopes. The Tactical series red dots are a popular seller to include the M-Force, which is a multipurpose 5 MOA red dot that has 10 selectable brightness settings.
