FN 509 Midsize MRD FDE 9mm 4" Barrel 15+1

The FN 509 Midsize MRD FDE is an optic and suppressor ready, mid sized, 9mm striker fired pistol, with a 15+1 capacity. The 509 is based on FN’s submission pistol for the U.S. Army's Modular Handgun Trials and includes improvements to the design that were incorporated in the civilian version. The 509 Tactical uses a unique, patented Low-Profile Optics Mounting System that enables the gun to accept more than ten commercially-available miniature red dot (MRD) optics that will co-witness with the all black, co-witness, tall iron sights. The heart of the 509 Midsize is it's 4" cold hammer-forged, stainless-steel barrel with a target crown, polished chamber and feed ramp. The Midsize MRD bridges the gap between a discreet cary pistol and a full sized handgun with the performance you expect from FN. Standard 509 features include a fully ambidextrous slide stop lever and magazine release along with an accessory rail for mounting your choice of weapon light.
