The Heritage Rough Rider Cocobolo with birdhead grips is a 6 round western style revolver with a 4.75” barrel chambered in 22LR. Styled after the legendary Single Action Army revolvers of the old west, this distinctive rimfire revolver is sure to inspire the young shooter in your life or the child within you. Bird head revolvers offer maximum concealability in a standard light weight frame. These beautiful revolvers combine the same classic look and feel of their big bore cousins with the low cost of rimfire ammunition providing hours of fun at a very low cost with virtually no recoil. The Heritage Rough Rider has a manual thumb safety located at the left rear of the frame that prevents the hammer from striking the cartridge until the shooter is ready to fire. This unique manual safety feature provides an additional layer of security against accidental discharge while loading or handling the firearm. The Rough Rider is available with a variety of grip options. Whether you are plinking cans in the back yard, ringing steel at the range, or controlling pests on the ranch, the rough rider will add a level of vintage excitement to any task. This model features beautiful Cocobolo Birdhead grips and a short easy to conceal barrel.
