The Carbine shares many of the ergonomic features of the popular Ruger 5.7 pistol like the pistol grip, trigger, manual safety and location of the bolt release. The LC carbine uses a lever type ambidextrous magazine release and non-reciprocating charging handle that can be converted from left to right side. In addition to the manual safety, the Carbine utilizes Ruger's safe, reliable and proven Secure Action™ fire-control system which combines a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger. A full length top Picatinny rail and M-Lok slots on the forend provide ample room for optics, lights, and accessories. Ruger Rapid Deploy flip up sights are included. The LC Carbine features a folding adjustable stock that locks out of the way for compact storage or transportation.
