Colt Anaconda Stainless Blem 44Mag/44Spl 6" Barrel 6Rd

The Colt Anaconda with an 6" barrel chambered in 44Mag/44Spl is a complete re-design of the original large frame revolver which bares the same name. This beautiful double action revolver uses an oversized Python action and solid stainless steel frame for strength and durability. Building on the knowledge gained with the re-designed python, this new and improved  frame and the use of a linear leaf spring in place of the compression spring found in older models. Where the compression spring would increase resistance as the trigger is pulled, this new leaf spring system provides a smooth consistent trigger pull that inspires confidence and helps keep your sites on target. The Anaconda is drilled and tapped for optic mounts and comes with an excellent pairing of a bright orange front and adjustable rear target sights.

Accuracy is further enhanced with a 6" one piece, full lug, ventilated rib barrel with recessed crown. Recoil-absorbing Hogue grips help tame the kick of the powerful 44Mag cartridge and the Anaconda can shoot the softer shooting but still effective 44SPL round with even greater ease for practice or for those who are more recoil averse. The new Anaconda brings this gorgeous, revered revolver into the 21st century with functional and esthetic improvements that build on the legendary "Snake Gun" platform.
